Just last week, we invited our Facebook friends to help name the new “kid” on the block! There were so many great names, it was hard to choose. However, we’d like thank Christina M. for her thoughtful contribution of Cinnamon!
Aside from this cute shot, check out the short video of Cinnamon
on Facebook kidding around in the barnyard.
Don’t you think he’ll be a big hit with the crowds this fall?

It’s been said that teaching is the profession that teaches all the other professions. We give a lot of credit to those who teach our future leaders, business owners, medical professional, military personnel, and teachers (of course).
That’s why we’re inviting all educators to come visit us on Opening Weekend, Sept 24-25, 2011. Show us your current valid teachers I.D. to receive a free admission for you and a guest during Teachers Weekend. (Sorry, no rain checks.) Find out why Summers Farm Adventure isn’t just for kids — catch a fun hayride, get lost in the maze, cheer on your favorite pig, and jump to your heart’s desire on our gigantic jumping pillow!
By the way…we’re now taking reservations for ever popular student field trips. Book now to ensure a date this fall! Call 301-620-9316 or visit School Field Trips for details including fees, learning objectives, and teacher resources.
Hope to see you and your students at the farm!
Summers Farm would like to welcome our new baby pygmy goat to our barnyard. He arrived just this morning. Mommy and baby are doing great, both healthy and happy. But now we need your help, please visit our Facebook page and help us name our new baby goat. Be sure to visit the farm this fall to find out what name was picked for our new addition. See you this fall at Summers Farm!
